UK & Imperial Grand Titled Cats

UK Grand and Imperial Grand titles sit at the top tier of the GCCF’s titled cats. This section lists every Norwegian Forest Cat in the UK to have earned one of these major titles, with the most recent achievements at the top of each list.

UK Grand Titled Cats

The UK Grand title can only be achieved at the GCCF Supreme show, with two UK Grand certificates required from two different judges.

Bred and owned by Eileen and Brian Hancock. Claire was the first UK Grand Champion in the breed, gaining her title at the Supreme show in 2001.

Bred and owned by Vanda Clunas. Merlin was the first male UK Grand Premier, gaining his title at the Supreme show in 2000.

UK Grand Premier Maysula Helenya (Maisie)

UK Grand Premier Maysula Helenya

Bred by Roger and Doreen Dobson; owned by Shirley and Ivan Layzell. Maisie was the first female UK Grand titled cat, gaining her title at the Supreme show in 1999. She was also the very first Grand titled NFC in the breed, gained at the Somerset Cat Club show.

Imperial Grand Titled Cats

To gain Imperial Grand status a cat must hold five Imperial Grand Challenge or five Imperial Grand Premier certificates from five different judges.

Imperial Grand Premier Adfurlo Andante

Owned by Ian and Fiona Hermon. Andante was the first NFC kitten to take Best of Variety Kitten at the Supreme show in 2004 and went on to gain his Imperial Grand Premier title.
