About us
This website is run by the Norwegian Forest Cat Club (“NFCC”, “we”, “us”), an unincorporated association affiliated to the Governing Council of the Cat Fancy (“GCCF”). The Committee is responsible for the Club’s operations and for the content published here.
Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, that could damage or disrupt the site, or that interferes with any other person’s use of it. We may suspend or withdraw all or part of the website at any time without notice.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this website — including text, images, logos and the breed information published here — is owned by or licensed to the NFCC and is protected by copyright. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, republish or distribute any content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Photographs remain the copyright of their respective owners and are used here with permission.
Breeder and kitten listings
The Breeders’ List and Kitten List are published as a free service to members and to people seeking a Norwegian Forest Cat. A listing is not a recommendation, endorsement or guarantee by the NFCC. The Club does not inspect breeders’ premises or cats and is not a party to any sale or other arrangement between a breeder and a buyer. Anyone contacting a breeder does so at their own discretion and should satisfy themselves about the breeder, the cattery and any kitten before entering into any commitment.

This website contains links to external websites, including those of members and breeders. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of external sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from your use of them.
